After a couple of years off due to Covid …. The Crapaud Exhibition and Tractor Pulls are back! Exciting!! This is our association's major fundraiser and it’s great to be back at it!
 
Below is information about volunteering for a four-hour shift at the Crapaud Exhibition and Tractor Pulls to save $100 off next year's Hockey Registration in the Fall.
 
Minimum age to volunteer is 15 as it has been in the past.
 
Due to space/Covid constraints, only the person volunteering may be present for the shift.
 
This year we will be using a new method to sign up for your shift. We will be using Sign-Up Genius. You will need to create an account if you do not have one. You will be required to sign your name to a position, time, and date along with email and phone number.
 
If you have a strong preference/need for a certain day/time, then please sign up as soon as you can. Please sign up for only one 4-hour time slot. If volunteer slots are not filled by July 15th, we will open it up to those that would like to volunteer more of their time. Each four-hour shift is $100 off next season’s registration (2022-2023).
 
If you are not interested in volunteering for a shift at this year's exhibition and tractor pulls, there is no need to do anything.
 
We will not be contacting anyone for shifts to be filled. You are responsible for signing through the new method. If you do not sign up by the deadline, you are ineligible to receive the $100 credit towards your registration.
 
→ We are aware that there may be some challenges for some with the new sign-up method. We will be sending more information on this once it is up and running. If you do have trouble or questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
 
→ We are aware that some of you will be first-time Volunteers for this fundraiser. We will walk you through what needs to be done in the position you sign up for when you arrive. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you do have any questions.
 
→ There will not be any credits on next years registration if you coached, managed, or were a trainer for a team last season. The only way to receive the $100 off registration in the fall, is to volunteer at The Crapaud Exhibition and Tractor Pulls.
 
The Dates and Times for the Canteen are as follows:
 
Saturday, July 30 (Exhibition)
 
9:00 am -1:00 pm
 
1:00 - 5:00 pm
 
Sunday, July 31 (Horse Pulls)
 
12:00 - 4:00 pm
 
Friday, August 5 (Tractor Pulls)
 
3:00 -7:00 pm
 
7:00-11:00 pm
 
Saturday, August 6 (Tractor Pulls)
 
2:00 - 6:00 pm
 
6:00-10:00 pm
 
 
Rain Date: August 7th
 
 
Volunteers are asked to please arrive 10-15 minutes before their shift. This is to allow time for parking and a brief overview of their volunteer duties. Volunteers are asked to enter the new parking lot from Sherwood Forest entrance. You will need to have your name marked off the volunteer list. *Please do not use the Red Rooster parking lot.*
 
All volunteers are to wear a ball cap and if you have long hair, please tie it back or a hair net will be provided.
 
If you are unexpectedly unable to complete your shift for any reason, please let me know, so we can try and fill that position.
